XR Innovations at Enduvo
In my previous role, I joined Enduvo as a UX Designer in the summer of 2022, leading UX in XR Innovation, collaborating with a small, innovative team to enhance a platform focused on immersive learning and training. This platform empowered users to create engaging content by importing media, building interactive experiences, and incorporating knowledge assessments. My role involved designing and refining features for multiple devices, including desktop, tablets, augmented reality and virtual reality environments.
To improve workflows and user experiences, I streamlined inefficiencies and redesigned critical application sections. Using tools like Miro and Figma, I created workflows, identified pain points, and collaborated with the team to develop effective solutions. This process allowed me to enhance usability while aligning designs with user needs.
I also led the redesign of key UI/UX components to ensure seamless and intuitive interactions. Beyond managing feature development, I explored side projects to broaden my skills and tackle unique UX challenges. One notable collaboration involved designing an augmented reality application to improve training outcomes. By working closely with end users in field environments, I gathered feedback and ensured the solution met real-world needs. These efforts validated the platform’s effectiveness and increased its impact.
Leading Projects and UX in XR Innovation
As my responsibilities grew, I revamped assessment features, designed an augmented reality version of our app, improved the design system, and explored AI integration to expand the platform’s capabilities. I spearheaded initiatives such as adapting the platform for offline use, web-based functionality, and compatibility with tablets across operating systems. These achievements contributed to my promotion to Design Lead.
Throughout my work, I employed a user-centered design approach. By collaborating with stakeholders and users, I developed personas, mapped journeys, and uncovered opportunities for improvement. This research informed detailed user flows and guided final design solutions.
Using Figma, I designed for specific devices and modalities with a focus on usability and accessibility. Rapid prototyping in Figma enabled clear communication and alignment with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, I created project design documents to outline the vision and roadmap for features, ensuring a seamless transition from ideation to implementation.
Key Networking Events

I’ve had the privilege of attending key mixed reality conferences like AWE (Augmented World Expo) and AES (Augmented Enterprise Summit) to showcase our product and share insights about our platform. These events are incredible opportunities to connect with others who are deeply passionate about UX in XR innovation. Meeting so many talented individuals in the industry has been both inspiring and educational, fueling my excitement for the future of training and immersive experiences. I’m eager to see how this field continues to evolve and can’t wait to be part of what’s next!
